Grafco AST can supply films and colour separations developed specifically for reproducing complex surfaces and textures that are either natural or derived from synthetic 3D screen printing images, to be used, for example, with thermoformable substrates for furniture or for industrial IMD ( In Mould Decoration ) applications.
Thanks to the new generation of 3D scanner, high definition scans of complex surfaces like marble, stone, and wood can be made which can then be elaborated on by our system to produce screen printing reproductions without any moirè problem or unstable result again and again.
